As a property owner or a landlord, your aspiration is to maximize your asset's yielding profit. What would be the best way to do it?

The final goal is to make the place as beautiful as possible yet not spend too much money on furniture. Its expected general appearance should not be too sophisticated and, at the same time, attractive and engaging.

You want your potential tenants to fall in love with it from first sight. That's where I come in, ready to turn your purchase into a sweet delicious candy.

This house has everything a tenant would need. Accessorized to its last towel and fork, fully furnished, tailored as if it was on an interior design exhibition, inviting you to step in and enjoy.

Initially, the space had one bedroom and one living room and we turned it into an inviting space of two bedrooms and one living room. In a short-term reconstruction we broke some walls that created additional space for the living room. It can now either suit a young couple with a child or two roommates.

Look at this beautiful Amsterdam view behind the sofa, a genuine wallpaper with Amsterdam's sight on it - another creative solution for when there are no windows in the living room. With the refurbished framing, it now looks like an authentic window! There is still plenty of light coming in from the top glass windows and the wide glass doors, so the place doesn't feel gloomy in any way.

Can you guess what's that lightened vertical white piece between the colorful armchair and the flowerpot? You won't believe that it is a pipe! A long vertical line, belonging to the fireplace of the downstairs neighbor. It couldn't be taken out, so we turned it into a standing lamp! Yes! The lights have colors that can be changed via remote control. Previously an ugly pipe running through the middle of the living room, now a diverse lighting piece! It is a beautiful example of turning permanent, dull, unimaginative items into a creative utility accessory.

The place is designed for two roommates or a young couple with a child, but what if you have guests for dinner? More chairs needed? A larger table for all? That's no problem! The dining table can expand, the armchair in the living room and other small seats can be grabbed as they are just the right sitting level as the dining chairs.

At the end of the process, the owners were simply awed by what they saw -could not believe this was the outcome.

Tenants were found quickly, and the property's value increased. The roommates got a fully equipped comfortable and stylish place to live in. They only had to bring their luggage and this was it - a house that feels like home with good vibes and Amsterdam's stunning view.

Everyone was happy, and so was I.
