Recently, we completed an exciting interior design renovation of a 2-level apartment. The goal of the project was to add a new kids' bedroom and a home office, while also renovating the bathroom and changing its layout.
One of the main challenges of this project was to incorporate the new spaces while still maintaining the integrity of the existing layout. We were able to achieve this by carefully considering the flow of the apartment and finding creative solutions for integrating the new spaces.
The new kids' bedroom was designed with fun and functionality in mind. The room was painted in a cheerful blue color, with pink accents added for a playful touch. We also added new furniture and decor, including a bunk bed with a desk, and a nice closet, to make the room comfortable and functional for children.
The home office was designed with a more mature aesthetic, with a sleek and modern look. It was equipped with a desk, and a comfortable chair, because the office doesn't have direct light we opened a window on the upper part of the wall, so the light would flow in.
The bathroom was one of the most significant changes in the apartment, we decided to keep as much as possible from the old bathroom but we did change the layout to make it more functional and visually appealing. We incorporated a new vanity, a new toilet, but kept the old shower and pert of the tiles.
Overall, we are thrilled with the final outcome of this interior design renovation project. The new spaces are functional and visually pleasing, and the color scheme of blue and pink adds a playful and energetic touch to the apartment. I believe that the new kids' bedroom and home office will be enjoyed for years to come and the bathroom will be a relaxing oasis.
